Life Advanced is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Every visitor confirms their age before entering the store, and we may ask for a valid ID on delivery.

We never sell to minors. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Life Advanced is an online-payment-only store. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Orders are paid by bank transfer to GoTyme Bank, account 51105783232, branch code 678910. Use your order number as the payment reference.

Upload your proof of payment on the order screen or from your account. An order is only confirmed for dispatch once the proof has been received and the payment verified. Card payments are coming soon.

We are open daily from 8am to 7pm. Orders placed after hours are prepared the next opening day.

Delivery is charged by driving distance from our dispatch point at R5 per kilometre, rounded up to the next full kilometre. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

You will receive tracking updates as your order moves from preparing to ready, on its way and delivered. Somebody 18 or older must be present to receive the order.

Every R10 spent earns 1 loyalty point once your payment is verified. At 100 points your next delivery is free, applied automatically at checkout.

Points from a cancelled order are reversed. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

You may cancel an order any time before it leaves for delivery by messaging us from the order thread. If it was already paid, we refund to the account the payment came from.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or sealed-but-faulty, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Proof-of-payment files are stored privately and are visible only to Life Advanced.

We never sell or rent your personal information. Details are shared with our delivery team purely to complete your order.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time through Support in Messages.

Cannabis affects everybody differently. Start low, go slow, and keep hydrated.
